Assigning a Phone Number to Your AI Agent

Step-by-Step Guide:
Login to Synthflow
Navigate to the ‘Agents’ Tab
On the left-hand menu, click “Agents” to view all created agents.
Select the Agents
Click on the Agents you want to assign the phone number to.
Click on “Deployment”
Choose From Available Numbers
You will see a Popup or list of available phone numbers you've purchased.
Select the number you want to assign.
Changes will be saved automatically

You can only assign one number per agent
Make sure the number is not already assigned to another assistant to avoid conflicts.
An agent can share a phone number but a phone number can only be shared between 1 inbound agent and many outbound agents.
