Synthflow Account Setup and English Agent Configuration Guide
Step 1: Creating Your Synthflow Account
Visit the Synthflow Website
Navigate to https://synthflow.ai and click on "Sign Up" in the top-right corner.Sign Up with Email or Google
Enter your email address and choose a secure password, or opt to sign up using your Google account.Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Synthflow. Click the link to activate your account.Log In
Return to the Synthflow website and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Accessing Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll be redirected to the Synthflow dashboard.
This is your central hub for managing agents, tracking activity, and configuring integrations.
Step 3: Creating and Configuring an English AI Agent
Navigate to "Agents" Tab
From the dashboard, click on the "Agents" tab in the left-hand menu.Click "Create Agent"
Choose "Create from Scratch" or use a predefined template.Set Basic Agent Details
Name: Give your agent a recognizable name.
Type: Choose from inbound, outbound, or widget agents depending on use case.
Select Language Settings
Go to the "Language" settings section.
Choose English from the dropdown list of supported languages.
Add English Prompts and Content
Under the content and conversation builder, input your prompts and dialogue in English.
Ensure consistency in tone and terminology for clarity.
Voice Configuration
Go to the Voice Settings panel.
Select a preferred English voice (e.g., American, British) depending on your audience.
Adjust voice settings as needed.
Test Your Agent
Add a phone number to the agent to begin testing.
Use the test environment to simulate interactions and make improvements.
Step 4: Final Checks and Go Live
Review All Settings
Ensure all configurations including language, voice, and content are properly set.Deploy Agent
Once a phone number is connected to Agent it is ready to be used.Monitor & Optimize
Regularly check analytics and call logs to refine agent responses and performance.
